INGREDIENTS

1, 14 inch loaf of sour dough bread

½ Ib ground beef

½ small onion diced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp onion powder

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup pickles chopped 3 slices bacon, cooked

1 large pickle sliced into circles

1 slice bacon, crumbled

Big Mac Sauce / cup mayo

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp yellow mustard

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp white vinegar

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp relish

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: To prep ahead of time, follow step 1 through 4, th or silicon lined baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil. minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 375F

1. Add beef to a medium-sized skillet. Season with salt Over medium-high heat cook the beef until no longer r the beef into small pieces as it cooks.

2. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes more then remov excess fat.

3. Cut the top off the bread and remove most of the "g through the bottom.

4. Layer ⅓ of the cheese, follow by all the beef, ⅓ chee

3 slices of bacon and the remaining cheese.

5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Top with sliced pickles, mac sauce.
