INGREDIENTS

⅓ cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 orange juiced

⅓ cup fresh blueberries

½ tsp dijon mustard

2 pitted dates soften (see NOTE below) or 1 tbsp honey

½ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

-Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well! Store in refrigerator. LET SIT AT ROOM TEMP FOR 15 BEFORE EATING.

NOTE: To soften dates, bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add dates to a heat-proof bowl and pour boiling water over dates. Let sit for 5 minutes then drain.
