INGREDIENTS
3 cup old fashioned oats
1 large apple peeled
2 eggs
¼ cup maple syrup
2 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
¼ cup unrefined coconut sugar
Powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Place the oats into a blender and blend until it turns into a flour like consistency.
-Add oat flour to a large bowl along with eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, milk and coconut sugar. Mix well.
-Grate and fold in the in the peeled apple being sure not to include the core or seeds.
-Grease 3" donut molds with non-stick spray
-Pour or pipe the batter into the donut mold and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool, then top with powdered sugar.
-Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for 3 weeks.
