3 T cocoa

1/8 t salt

8 oz butter

2 oz unsweetened choc cut up

2 oz semisweet or bitter choc cut up

1½ cu sugar

1t vanilla

4 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

350 degrees - sift flour, cocoa, salt. Combine butter and choc. in a bowl in a water bath until melted. Off Heat, whisk in sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Muffin Tin lined with papers bake 25 - 30 min.
