6 T butter

6 T flour

1 1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cup chicken stock

4 cup diced cooked chicken breast

(butter 4 chicken breast and place them in a baking dish. Cover the dish with oiled parchment. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, let cool, then dice or shred)

10 oz package frozen peas, thawed and drained

1 pastry shell for 9 inch pie

Steps

Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk and chicken stock

Add cooked Chicken and peas, salt and pepper to the sauce

Place chicken and sauce in bottom of deep dish baking dish

Roll out the pastry shell on top of the pie

Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes until browned.  You should put a baking tray underneath the pie because it will bubble out.
