INGREDIENTS

8 slices of white or french bread with crusts removed

3 slices of thick ham cubed

1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

8 eggs

2 c milk

4 T butter melted

1/2 t dry powdered mustard

salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter a 9x5x3 inch baking dish

Layer bread, ham, cheese ending with ham

Combine eggs, milk and the rest

Pour over and refrigerate overnight

Bake the next morning at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes
