INGREDIENTS
10 pieces of chicken breast, THINLY sliced (can sub with chicken thighs)
1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tsp crushed Calabrian jarred chili
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic grated
1 lemon juiced
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 loaf of sliced bread
Tomato Salad Ingredients
3 large tomatoes
1/4 red onion sliced thin
1/4 cup fresh basil
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
-Preheat oven to 375F
- To la, al, anieshen ulce and i, grate. Cheese, Cor rial whisk
to mix the ingredients.
-Coat each chicken piece in the mixture as shown.
-To a medium sized bowl add Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix well. WARNING! Most pre seasoned breadcrumbs contain salt. Adding any additional salt will make the dish too salty.
-Top each piece of chicken with the breadcrumb mix and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temp of 165F. Cook time may be slightly longer or shorter depending on the thickness of your chicken. If you want crispier breadcrumbs, broil for the last 2 minutes max.
