INGREDIENTS

6 medium potatoes sliced very thin

2 T butter

1 1/2 t salt

pepper

1 large chopped onion

1 T parsley chopped

small container of heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Pastry dough for 9 inch pie - you need two pieces...one for the bottom of the pie plate and one for the top

Steps

Drain potatoes

Mix potatoes , onion, parsley, salt and pepper

Put pastry dough in bottom of pie plate, add potato mixture and dot with butter

Put another pastry on top and seal it closed.  Brush with egg white, prick holes in it 

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

When done and still hot, cut a small hole in top and pour cream through the hole in the crust
