INSTRUCTIONS
Dressing: finely chopped shallot, garlic and walnuts...sautéed in olive oil w salt until garlic soft and not bitter—cool the mixture so it’s not hot on the salad. Then slowly mix in w the greens a little lemon juice, a little balsamic, more generous on the olive oil, generous salt and a good amount of parm until all the lettuce leaves are nice and dressed—a pinch of pepper. Then add little spoonfuls of the cooled stove mixture as u toss the salad
