INGREDIENTS
3 Ibs cooked great northern beans
2 Ibs boneless chicken breasts
1T 00
3 garlic cloves minced
2 med onions chopped
2t cumin
⅔ t cloves
4 t cayenne
11 oregano
2-4 oz cans chopped mild green chilis
1 T cilantro
4 c chicken stock
20oz montery jack sour cream
chopped jalapeno

INSTRUCTIONS
-place chicken on large sauce pan, add cold water and bring to a simmer cooking until tender about 15 - 20 min
-remove from pan and cut into 1-2" dice
- in large pot, heat oil add onions and cook until translucent then add garlic, chilies, cumin, cayenne, oregano, cilantro and cloves. Saute 2-3 min, add chicken, beans, stock and 12 oz cheese and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and top with more cheese.
